Senior Java R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate resources to lead project research and development
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables
• Maintain high-quality coding practices to ensure system efficiency and seamless cross-team collaboration
• Mentor junior team members to foster technical growth within the team

Requirements

• Solid foundation in Java, including deep understanding of JVM optimization, IO, multi-threading, and concurrency frameworks
• Proficiency with mainstream open-source frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, and SpringCloud
• Experience with common middleware including MQ, RPC, Cache, and MySQL
• Deep understanding of caching system design principles (e.g., Redis, Memcached)
• Strong grasp of distributed system principles, including CAP theorem, consistency, and idempotence
• Excellent logical thinking and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred

• Relevant work experience in Web3, DApp business, or blockchain technology
• Passion for the Web3 industry and decentralized finance
