Senior Java Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance backend systems and greenfield applications from scratch
• Implement robust microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs
• Apply advanced architectural patterns including Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS
• Drive performance engineering efforts by identifying challenges and implementing scalable solutions
• Manage application deployment through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, or GitHub Actions

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in Java (versions 17, 21, or 25)
• Deep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Batch
• Proven understanding of Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines
• Ability to articulate and solve complex performance engineering challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of application hosting environments and deployment strategies
• Experience with Kubernetes and load balancing
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
