Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using clean and performant code
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services, including service-to-service integration patterns
• Develop microservices architectures using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application security and scalability
• Perform code reviews, document technical standards, and mentor team members
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8+)
• 4+ years of Spring framework experience, including Spring Boot
• 3+ years of experience building and supporting RESTful APIs in production
• 3+ years of experience developing microservices-based systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• 2+ years of experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• 2+ years of experience with messaging or streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
