Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based enterprise applications
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability
• Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes
• Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams
