Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems
• Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation
• Support containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Solid backend development experience with Java
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC)
• Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools like New Relic or Datadog
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
• Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken
