Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architecture to ensure performance and resilience
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems
• Work in a DevOps-oriented environment, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Support containerized applications using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring practices
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs at scale

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related computing field
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Strong backend development skills with professional experience in Java
• Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework (SpringBoot, SpringSecurity, SpringMVC)
• Knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices
• Experience with software testing concepts (unit, integration, regression, and automation)
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Azure
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like New Relic
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)
