Senior Java Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, high-performance backend applications using Java (Java 11+)
• Participate in architectural choices and technical decision-making processes
• Ensure high code quality through testing, performance optimization, security, and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews and share best practices with the team
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Java backend development
• Mastery of the Spring ecosystem (Spring / Spring Boot)
• Strong understanding of modern application architectures
• Proficiency with REST APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL)
• Experience with modern development tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, and Docker
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively within an Agile/Scrum environment
