About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide global technical support, including troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation of IT issues.
- Support endpoint devices, operating systems, SaaS applications, collaboration tools, and identity platforms.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding, device preparation, and account provisioning.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, device records, and asset information across all IT systems.
- Partner with Security and external vendors to manage access controls and hardware service requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to support processes and tooling.
Requirements
- Experience supporting employees in a corporate, SaaS, or technology environment.
- Experience managing corporate device lifecycles, including deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with identity and access management platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace).
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or SCCM.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) practices and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
