Senior IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer business productivity software including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Drive IT projects independently from scoping through delivery
• Manage endpoints via MDM ensuring adherence to device policy
• Triage and resolve internal IT requests and support HQ technology stack
• Own engineering tooling provisioning and licensing for GitHub and SaaS access
• Administer cloud IAM for AWS and GCP for non-production access
• Partner with Engineering on security initiatives such as SOC 2 evidence collection
• Create and deliver documentation regarding best practices and configuration changes

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical support experience for SMBs
• Experience with IAM tools, SSO, provisioning, and group management
• Demonstrated experience working with security/compliance teams on SOC 2
• Strong MacOS background and experience supporting Windows environments
• Experience with on-prem virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi or Proxmox
• Experience working in major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience troubleshooting networks, routing, firewalls, and VPNs

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or early stage SaaS experience
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar government security frameworks
• Direct experience supporting a GSOC or SOC environment
• Low voltage and cabling experience
