Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end automation for employee onboarding/offboarding using Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Serve as the primary technical lead for the physical office, managing conference rooms, A/V integrations, and office tech
• Partner with Workplace and People teams to manage office expansions and desk deployments
• Manage and secure the corporate network (WiFi, LAN, VPN, Firewalls) and endpoints (Jamf/Intune)
• Build custom scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash and utilize APIs to integrate the SaaS stack
• Maintain high-quality runbooks and internal SOPs
• Provide top-tier support for Mac/Windows hardware and software via Jira Service Management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management
• Experience with MDM (Jamf/Intune) and EDR tools (CrowdStrike)
• Advanced mastery of Okta (Lifecycle Mgmt) and Google Workspace
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for script deployment
• Experience with automation workflow software and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, A/V hardware, and office networking

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Onsite Lead
• Experience leveraging LLMs/AI tools to accelerate scripting or documentation
• Experience with network automation using code
• Experience supporting remote teams across multiple offices and time zones
