Senior IT System Support Analyst - SAP S/4 HANA EAM

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP environment
• Collaborate with Business Partners to gather and analyze requirements for EAM and IAM capabilities
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet business needs and optimize asset maintenance processes
• Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex technical solutions
• Execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness and oversee deployment to production environments
• Provide ad-hoc training, user support, and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance, or S/4HANA support
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EAM configuration
• Proficiency with SAP ECC and integrations with modules such as MM, FI, and CO
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in application operations support or project implementation within the EAM function

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industries
• Proven track record with at least 2-3 S/4HANA implementations, maintenance, or support projects
• Hands-on experience with Upgrades, Add-on Installations, and HANA Scale-out environments
• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager
