Senior IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and 2 support for all Brazilian tickets, including assignment, categorization, and follow-up
• Maintain and update hardware inventory for laptops, accessories, and spares
• Create and update support procedure documentation
• Perform root cause analysis for frequent incidents to implement patches and workarounds
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware, software, and access provisioning
• Ensure all office IT equipment, such as meeting rooms, networks, and printers, is operational
• Deliver on the IT roadmap and contribute to various IT projects
• Manage the IT budget for Brazil and collaborate with managers to provide appropriate service levels

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Professional English fluency is mandatory
• Proven expertise in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
• Strong experience in hardware inventory and asset management
• Ability to work autonomously as the primary IT contact in Brazil
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Must be able to work on-site in São Paulo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• Experience managing both PC and Mac environments
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-collaborative environment with international teams
