About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user identity and access, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control
- Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including device provisioning and equipment logistics
- Resolve and document IT incidents and service requests utilizing the ticketing system
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conference room AV systems
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
- Create and maintain user-facing documentation and knowledge base articles
- Maintain accurate documentation for asset inventory and system configurations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, SaaS applications, and basic networking
- Experience with user account management and onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Proficiency using IT ticketing systems and project management tools
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco and Mountain View
- Flexibility for after-hours and weekend on-call support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or Cisco Meraki
- Experience with Asset Panda, ManageEngine, or Atlassian
- Audio/Visual experience and event support skills
