Senior IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support requests via Slack, ticketing systems, and in-person channels
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms
• Manage full user lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning
• Configure and deploy workstations and coordinate equipment logistics for remote employees
• Provide Zoom Room and video conferencing support and maintenance
• Diagnose network connectivity issues and support server environments
• Assist with data center operations including racking equipment and tape library support
• Manage and audit IT asset inventory and e-waste initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Support Technician
• Experience with JAMF and/or Microsoft Intune
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint hardware
• Experience supporting server environments and data center hardware
• Experience managing Zoom Rooms or enterprise video conferencing systems
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week across NYC and NJ locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with physical tape library support
