Senior IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site point for complex hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues across the Boston office
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across macOS and Windows using MDM
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and asset recovery
• Manage and troubleshoot on-site network infrastructure, including network closets, racks, and cable patching
• Configure and maintain VTC/conference-room equipment (Zoom Rooms / Teams Rooms)
• Support corporate VPN connectivity and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Partner with vendors on office build-outs to ensure CUI/TAA compliance
• Enforce endpoint compliance controls such as disk encryption and EDR
• Document procedures and build self-service resources

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Advanced macOS and strong Windows troubleshooting skills
• Experience troubleshooting endpoints through an MDM (Intune, Jamf, or Kandji)
• Corporate VPN support experience
• Basic network topology understanding and hands-on experience with network racks and patching
• Experience with VTC equipment (Zoom Rooms and/or Teams Rooms)
• Mobile device support (iOS and Android)
• Compliance awareness in a CUI/TAA environment (NIST 800-171 / CMMC)
• Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting for automation (bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Apple ACMT, or Jamf
• Experience with iPaaS tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or N8N
• Experience administering SaaS applications like Slack, Zoom, Linear, or Notion
