About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues at the Copenhagen HQ.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage the full scope of Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, and Facility Management.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, deployment, and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
  • Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and expansions, including IT infrastructure configuration.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and update knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement company-wide changes and resolve major outages.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line support for Infrastructure, Cloud, and business applications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and managing IT assets.
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Platforms, Citrix, VMware, Azure, and Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing IT support across different cultures and time zones.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the EMEA region for onsite support.
