Senior IT Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on organizational security posture across identity, endpoint, network, and cloud environments
• Design and assess security architectures aligned to zero trust and defense-in-depth principles
• Implement and mature IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms
• Design and enforce RBAC, conditional access, and least-privilege models
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts
• Support the development and enforcement of security policies and standards
• Maintain accurate security documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security engineering
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC, MFA, PAM, SSO, and federation
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and access control models

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications
