Sinetiq is a specialist company in complex IT/OT System Integration. We help companies and industrial customers connect complex systems into functional, scalable wholes. We work with system integration, middleware, APIs, cloud platforms, software development, and modern architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development in Stockholm with full responsibility for the sales cycle
  • Manage the entire process from initial contact to closed deals and relationship development
  • Influence how offerings are packaged, sold, and developed, primarily within specialist and consultancy sales
  • Build a strong brand and long-term customer relationships in complex environments

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales within IT/technology
  • Strong technical understanding of IT/OT, system integration, or related areas
  • Established network in Stockholm among relevant decision-makers
  • Proven ability to deliver results in technically advanced sales
  • Ability to drive the entire sales process independently
  • Based in Stockholm or within reasonable commuting distance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both consultancy and product sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
