Senior IT Property & Asset Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to assess asset status, needs, risks, and goals
• Support client asset management through database administration
• Assist in managing warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing shipments
• Contribute to managing equipment and material trackers for projects across the Asia Pacific region
• Participate in IT asset inventory and meticulous physical recording
• Aid in the management of DD-250s/1149s and Red-line Inventory
• Support the preparation of monthly analytical reports
• Participate in assessing hardware asset management program maturity and continuous improvement plans
• Assist the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing hardware sourcing

Requirements

• 4-6 years of logistics, warehouse, supply, property, inventory, or asset management experience
• Experience in Army, DoD, government contractor, or controlled-inventory environments
• Prior forklift operating experience required
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Database Management
• Current DoD Secret clearance required on day one
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Military logistics or supply/property management training
• Experience supporting warehouse operations across multiple projects or regional locations
• Exposure to General Procurement Training, Seminars, and Conferences
