Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT projects from inception to completion, supporting the Group's 2030 and 2050 strategies
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of internal IT staff, business units, and external partners
• Drive the decision-making process by involving senior and top-level management in relevant discussions
• Evaluate implementation results and vendor performance to propose process enhancements
• Contribute to the IT Project Management community and support the growth of Circular Economy Services

Requirements

• University or College degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or the IT sector
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities
• Proactive working style with a result-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• International Project Management certification
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and implementations
