Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project team members to achieve business objectives, processes, and system goals
• Control project scope, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Manage risks proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Apply Agile development paradigms to manage and adapt project workflows
• Utilize project management tools for estimating, planning, risk, and change management
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external resources, including virtual and culturally diverse teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of combined business and IT experience, focusing on process implementation
• Proven track record managing IT projects with accountability for budget, timeline, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of current trends in Information Technology and project management practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Distribution Operations
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
