Senior IT Procurement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tenders for structuring IT projects (datacenter, cybersecurity, WMS, TMS, telephony, etc.)
• Support business departments in defining needs and procurement strategies
• Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, consultation, financial and contractual negotiation, and contracting
• Manage a transverse scope including Software, Hardware/Infrastructure, and IT Professional Services (P2I)
• Act as a business partner to IT and business teams (Supply Chain, operations)
• Operate in an international context with stakeholders in Europe and Asia
• Contribute to expenditure optimization and the structuring of IT procurement practices

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Business School, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in IT procurement
• Mastery of IT categories: software/publishers, infrastructure/hardware, and IT services
• Proven experience in complex tender management and IT contractual negotiation
• Strong understanding of technical environments (datacenter, cybersecurity, WMS/TMS solutions)
• Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (IT, business, finance)
• Fluent English is essential
