Senior IT Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain essential IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, servers, storage, backups, and security systems.
• Lead Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for system issues, user queries, and SAP support.
• Manage the configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment, software, and mobile devices.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by researching and implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT project deployments for office and boutique environments.
• Manage IT procurement processes, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and manage asset lifecycle optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated ability to manage operations independently.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure management and helpdesk operations.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, Office 365, SharePoint, and AWS.
• Advanced understanding of networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification.
• Experience with Retail Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems and SAP.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
