Senior IT Officer (Network Administrator)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office network connectivity, including WAN, Firewall, L3/L2 LAN, and Wi-Fi systems
• Coordinate with Network teams for infrastructure design, build, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Manage procurement processes for IT equipment and projects based on ISO Audit Standards
• Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) vendors to ensure availability of internet and telco circuits
• Maintain Voice over IP (PABX) systems, meeting room video conferencing, and AV setups
• Oversee office structured cabling systems and UPS system operations
• Manage and implement office expansion or relocation projects
• Perform daily system administration, including account creation, termination, and user workstation support
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including inventory and technical drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar technical roles
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong understanding of security protocols, system monitoring, and backup/recovery procedures
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
