Senior IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the IT roadmap, budget, and tooling strategy as the senior IT authority
• Author and enforce IT policies including access control, change management, and incident response
• Design and operate IT general controls (ITGCs) to support SOX 404 and audit readiness
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) including SSO, MFA, and RBAC
• Oversee information security programs, endpoint security, and MDM
• Administer core business SaaS stack including Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Jira
• Maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN) and endpoint fleets
• Manage vendor relationships and the full lifecycle of technology assets
• Provide hands-on technical support and incident management

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with end-to-end ownership of systems and security
• Experience implementing IT policies and supporting audits (SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001)
• Strong background in information security, IAM, and MDM
• Expert administration of Google Workspace and Jira
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Working knowledge of IP networking, domain configuration, and routing
• Ability to lead and mentor staff with a readiness to build a team
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IPO readiness or public company SOX environments
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+
• Experience with GRC automation tools like Vanta or Drata
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Zero Trust principles
• Experience in high-growth robotics, IoT, or hardware environments
• Scripting ability in SQL, Python, or Java
