Senior IT Lead - S&OP

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver S&OP data and planning solutions using modern data infrastructure to support aerospace manufacturing.
• Lead the enterprise migration roadmap to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Design data flows that capture shop-floor realities, including work center capacities, bottlenecks, and machine efficiencies.
• Integrate critical manufacturing data such as multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), operational routers, and cycle times.
• Establish and enforce master data governance standards for items, work centers, and BOMs.
• Oversee technical integration between core ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Infor) and the S&OP planning layer.
• Facilitate technical alignment across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales functions.
• Manage relationships with systems integration partners and software vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT or Digitalization roles.
• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on supply chain planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning technology.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Response, or S&OP) or equivalent enterprise planning platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and master data management (MDM).
• Experience integrating planning systems with tier-1 manufacturing ERPs like SAP S/4HANA or Infor.
• Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing execution, including routers, work centers, and BOM explosions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a full SAP IBP implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in ITAR-regulated or defense manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks such as AS9100.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Streamlit.
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in demand sensing or inventory optimization.
