Senior IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure
• Manage physical and virtual server environments across multiple locations
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and scalability
• Administer Active Directory, including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware environments
• Manage endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Manage backup and recovery solutions for critical systems
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure support
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration
• Expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration
• Proficiency with VMware and virtualization technologies
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with firewall, endpoint security, and system hardening
• Skills in network and hardware troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or networking certifications
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance standards
