About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage QM master data, including inspection plans, MICs, and inspection methods.
- Demonstrate expertise in the inspection lifecycle, including inspection lots, results recording, and usage decisions within an EAM context.
- Collaborate with business unit teams to define inspection models and translate them into scalable QM master data solutions.
- Lead data preparation and conversion efforts to migrate inspection data from legacy systems into S/4HANA QM/EAM.
- Apply practical experience with checklist functionality and inspection-driven solutions in S/4HANA.
- Maintain and optimize applications through configuration, automation, and integration in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in supporting SAP EAM & QM and S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP QM and EAM configuration.
- Hands-on experience in Asset Management using SAP EAM & QM.
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and integrations with modules such as MM, FI, and CO.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile Methodology.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA application operations support or project implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record with at least 2-3 S/4 HANA implementations, maintenance, or support projects in Dev/QA/Production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Upgrades, Add-on Installations, and HANA Scale-out environments.
- Proficiency with multi-tenant databases.
