Senior IT Engineer, Systems Integration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise systems using REST APIs and webhooks
• Serve as the subject matter expert for API-based connectivity and integration architecture
• Administer and optimize core IT systems including Microsoft 365, Okta, and AWS
• Build automated workflows and data pipelines to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor integration health and proactively troubleshoot failures
• Create technical documentation including integration maps and architecture diagrams
• Mentor junior IT staff and ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on systems integration and API development
• Deep proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and JSON/XML
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as Okta, Workday, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Node.js
• Strong system administration experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
