Senior IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build identity and access management systems, including SSO configuration and automated joiner/mover/leaver workflows
• Manage the endpoint fleet by migrating and expanding MDM systems to improve onboarding, compliance, and vulnerability management
• Administer the SaaS estate, including Google Workspace, Slack, and other core business tools
• Maintain office technology stacks, ensuring performant wired/wireless networks, zero-trust VPNs, and reliable A/V systems across multiple offices
• Scale IT support by creating runbooks and knowledge articles to enable AI-powered self-service
• Implement automation and AI to reduce manual toil and streamline IT operations

Requirements

• 7–9 years of progressive IT engineering experience, including experience in a high-growth company environment
• Demonstrated expertise across the IT stack: identity, endpoint management, SaaS administration, networking, and office IT
• Ability to work independently to take technical problems from definition through delivery
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences
• High learning agility and comfort being the first person to implement new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern IdPs (Okta, Google IAM) and SCIM-based provisioning
• Experience with IGA tooling and automated lifecycle management
• Proficiency with modern MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud
• Experience with networking and A/V engineering in multi-office environments
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, or Bash) and config-as-code approaches
• Experience partnering with EDR/MDR providers
