Senior IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build identity and access management, including SSO and automated joiner/mover/leaver workflows
• Manage the endpoint fleet and migrate/expand MDM systems
• Administer the SaaS estate including Google Workspace and Slack
• Maintain office tech stack including wired/wireless networks, VPN, and A/V systems
• Scale IT support through runbooks and AI-powered self-service
• Implement automation and agentic AI to remove operational toil

Requirements

• 7–9 years of progressive IT engineering experience
• Experience in a high-growth company environment
• Broad expertise across identity, endpoint, SaaS, networking, and office IT
• Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High learning agility with new platforms and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern IdPs like Okta or Google IAM
• Experience with IGA tooling and SCIM-based provisioning
• Modern MDM experience with Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud
• Networking and A/V engineering experience in multi-office environments
• Experience with EDR/MDR providers like CrowdStrike or SentinelOne
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Bash
• Experience as an early IT engineering hire
