Senior IT Engineer, LRC

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT engineer for Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) teams, building models to improve and scale their functions.
• Design, build, and implement automated workflows and orchestrations using low-code/no-code tools like Workato, Okta Workflows, or Zapier.
• Leverage and implement AI-driven solutions, specifically focusing on legal-specific tools and enhancing the LRC AI portfolio.
• Manage the full lifecycle of legal applications (e.g., Ironclad, Auditboard, Google Workspace) from proof-of-concept to maintenance.
• Integrate various SaaS tools and platforms across the company's tech stack, including cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and identity providers.
• Act as a technical advisor and consultant to the LRC and IT engineering teams.
• Write technical documentation and maintain diagrams for all implemented solutions and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar IT engineering or business engineering role.
• Expert-level understanding of identity standards including SAML, OAuth, and SSO.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Extensive experience with orchestration and workflow automation tools (e.g., Workato).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and API integration.
• Experience managing MDM systems for macOS and Windows (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
• Deep understanding of access management principles including RBAC, ABAC, and ACLs.
