Senior IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT engineer for the Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) teams, building models to improve and scale their functions.
• Build workflows and orchestrations using low-code/no-code tools such as Workato, Okta Workflows, or Zapier.
• Design, implement, and enhance AI-driven solutions and portfolios, specifically focusing on legal-specific tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of legal applications (e.g., Ironclad, Auditboard, Google Workspace) from proof-of-concept to maintenance.
• Integrate tools across the SaaS portfolio and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) using APIs.
• Partner with INFOSEC, People Ops, and Engineering to build scalable global systems.
• Write technical documentation and maintain diagrams for all implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar IT engineering role.
• Expert-level understanding of identity standards including SAML, OAuth, and SSO.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience with orchestration tools like Workato and working with various APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MDM systems (Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
• Deep understanding of access management principles (RBAC, ABAC, ACLs).
