Senior IT Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze client files and define project scoping, technical phases, and stakes
• Coordinate with technical experts (build & run), billing, finance, and sales teams
• Manage project lifecycles including specifications, planning, and budget monitoring
• Lead project committees and steering committees while tracking quality indicators
• Perform functional validation and testing of implemented solutions
• Identify anomalies and propose adjustments to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar IT project management role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, print servers)
• Proficiency in Cloud, on-premise, and Office 365 environments
• Familiarity with network and security protocols
• Ability to manage multi-client and multi-project environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications
• Knowledge of telecommunications
• Experience with Papercut or Zeendoc solutions
