Senior IT Change Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT changes across systems, infrastructure, and processes
• Maintain the IT change calendar and roadmap
• Collaborate with IT, Quality Assurance, Security, and business stakeholders
• Support and enforce ITIL-based Change Management best practices
• Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance processes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to IT changes and quality activities
• Assess and communicate change impacts, risks, and dependencies in GxP systems
• Ensure alignment with compliance requirements including 21 CFR Part 11
• Facilitate recurring and ad hoc meetings and document outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve change management processes using automation and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Quality, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, coordination, or change management
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management best practices
• Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
• Experience with GxP environments and regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11)
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to facilitate meetings across diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSV/CSA (Computer System Validation / Computer Software Assurance)
• Understanding of IT Quality & Compliance activities (audits, validation, CAPAs)
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis or process optimization
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Excel, Word, or FreshService
• Experience in life sciences or regulated environments
