Senior IT Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFI, RFP, tenders, negotiations, and contracting
• Manage and develop relationships with strategic IT suppliers and integrators
• Identify cost optimization levers and value creation opportunities
• Negotiate and monitor contracts for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, consulting, and production services
• Contribute to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) regarding finance, operations, compliance, and data protection
• Act as a trusted procurement partner for IT business owners to formalize needs and sourcing strategies
• Monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs
• Contribute to category strategies and procurement transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years minimum experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing
• Proven experience in SaaS, hardware, networking, and IT consulting procurement
• Exposure to technical IT environments such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, or DevOps
• Experience in complex, international, and regulated environments
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Deep understanding of IT markets, pricing models, and licensing structures
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or IT
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
