Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, SAP Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and process continuity
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to design future-state processes aligned with business needs
• Configure and maintain SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, Treasury & Cash Management, and Procurement
• Translate business requirements from Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement into functional specifications
• Develop and document business process flows and execute comprehensive test plans
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post go-live support
• Create training materials and deliver sessions for users transitioning to the new system
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with GAAP, GxP, and SOX regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with SAP Finance modules
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications
• SAP FI/CO certification
• Experience working within GxP validated and SOX regulated environments
• Proficiency in developing and mapping business process flows using Visio or similar tools
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP migration best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Expertise with agile methodology and global deployments
• Knowledge of integrated tools such as BlackLine, Concur, or Ariba
