Senior IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT interface and trusted partner for Korean business leaders to align local strategy with IT execution.
• Own the end-to-end IT demand lifecycle, including requirement definition, scoping, cost estimation, and prioritization.
• Lead and manage medium to high complexity IT projects, including new application introductions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Guide stakeholders through the ServiceNow-based IT demand process to ensure measurable business value.
• Ensure compliance with global IT policies, information security standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate local IT needs with global initiatives to maintain architectural and security alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in IT demand management and IT project management.
• Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting.
• Strong track record of translating complex business needs into actionable IT solutions.
• Experience working within enterprise IT landscapes, with SAP experience being highly preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Experience working effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.
