Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and clarify requirements through discussions, workshops, and process reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop deep understanding of current business processes and document requirements thoroughly
• Support daily business system operations including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
• Build and update saved searches, workflows, and basic scripts
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues and perform data cleanup and validation
• Act as a bridge between business users, development teams, and external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with software developers and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with NetSuite as a business analyst or administrator
• Background in healthcare, medical device, or DME industries
• Understanding of regulated environments and HIPAA compliance
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirement management
• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners
