Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end analysis and optimization of IT/OT processes using BPMN and value stream mapping.
• Support IT transformation projects including ERP, MES, PLM, IAM, and Security.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIS2, ISO27001, TISAX, and IATF.
• Conduct UserAccess audits, including evaluation, documentation, and escalation.
• Prepare audit-relevant materials, including process documentation and role/permission concepts.
• Coordinate audit interviews and interact with internal and external auditors.
• Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to define and track action items.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or Process Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering, process modeling, and IT architectures.
• Experience working in regulated environments (Automotive, Manufacturing, NIS2, ISO27001, TISAX, or IATF).
• Deep understanding of IAM processes, role/permission concepts, and user audit mechanisms.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, BPMN tools, and various analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills with a high degree of autonomy.
