Senior IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end analysis and optimization of IT/OT processes, including the development of BPMN process models and value streams.
• Support IT transformation projects involving ERP, MES, PLM, IAM, Security, and Data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NIS2, ISO27001, TISAX, and IATF.
• Lead and support internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit-relevant documentation and role/permission concepts.
• Conduct UserAccess audits, including evaluation, documentation, and escalation.
• Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to drive solution design and process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or Process Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering, process modeling, and IT architectures.
• Proven experience working in regulated environments (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing, NIS2, ISO27001, TISAX, or IATF).
• Deep understanding of IAM processes, role/permission concepts, and user audit mechanisms.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, BPMN tools, and various analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
