Senior IT Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a team leader within the Client Support team to determine desktop hardware specifications and software implementation needs.
• Manage and maintain software and system updates across the environment using SCCM, Intune, and PatchMyPC.
• Oversee imaging management and troubleshooting within Intune and SCCM to ensure reliable workstation deployments.
• Manage desktop client management tools including Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Entra, and Azure.
• Administer computer policies through Intune and Group Policy Object (GPO), including Autopilot enrollment profiles.
• Develop and execute scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve system configurations.
• Analyze business and user requirements for complex projects and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, OR Associate's degree and 6 years of experience, OR High school diploma and 7 years of experience in computer operations or technical support.
• Valid driver's license.
• Possession of at least one certification: Microsoft 365 (MTA, Modern Desktop Administrator, or Endpoint Administrator), CompTIA (A+, Network+, or Security+), HDI Desktop Advance Support Technician, or ITIL Foundations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, Entra, and Autopilot enrollment.
• Proficiency in scripting for administrative automation.
• Strong relationship management skills with both customers and vendors.
