Senior IS Analyst-IT Security

Responsibilities

• Assess third-party vendors against security policies and standards to identify risks and recommend remediation.
• Interpret Data Security Addendum requirements and review third-party contract changes.
• Negotiate contract security terms with vendors and propose alternative legal language.
• Monitor global cybersecurity regulations and map them to internal security frameworks.
• Identify regulatory gaps and propose controls to address emerging threats and risks.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and technology leaders to ensure secure global operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, contracts, or risk management.
• Proven experience working within global financial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST and ISO.
• Experience performing third-party risk assessments and reviewing SOC reports.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with executive-level communication abilities.
