Senior IP Verification Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-silicon verification of complex IP modules and subsystems, including RISC-V CPU cores, memory controllers, and interconnects.
• Define and write comprehensive IP verification plans based on industry standards, product requirements, and architecture specifications.
• Architect, develop, debug, and maintain UVM-based verification environments for RTL simulation.
• Develop test cases, create stimulus and assertions, and run simulations across various platforms including RTL, gate level, and emulation.
• Execute regression testing and perform detailed analysis of code and functional coverage.
• Collaborate with HW, FW, SW, and architecture teams to ensure full understanding of IP functionality and application.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in IP or Sub-System Verification.
• Proven expertise in testbench design and development using UVM methodology.
• Strong knowledge of Microcontroller and Microprocessor architecture, including Interconnect and Cache Coherency.
• Experience with AHB/AMBA protocols and memory technologies (ROM, RAM, Flash, LPDDR/DDR3/4).
• Proficiency in Verilog, System Verilog, C/C++, and Shell scripting.
• High proficiency in Metric Driven Verification (MDV), functional coverage, and constrained random methodologies.
• Knowledge of formal verification methodologies and assertions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, or Python.
• Experience debugging designs both pre- and post-silicon in simulation and on the bench.
