Senior Investment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Portfolio Managers, Investment Directors, and client-facing teams to deliver consistent equity investment messaging.
• Partner with investment teams to shape content, source insights, and coordinate communications for assigned equity strategies.
• Conduct deep fund analysis, including performance attribution, competitor analysis, liquidity analysis, and risk exposure, to explain performance patterns.
• Produce high-quality client materials and investment narratives tailored for various audiences and client types.
• Respond to complex investment queries from sales, marketing, RFP/RFI, and press teams within agreed timeframes.
• Integrate equity insights into broader market narratives, applying a cross-asset perspective to link client needs to appropriate investment solutions.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and consistency in content and query workflows across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong equity investment knowledge with the ability to explain complex investment processes and portfolio outcomes.
• Proven analytical capability working with complex datasets to interpret investment performance and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, client-ready messaging.
• Experience producing and owning client materials and partnering across investment functions to ensure alignment.
• Ability to operate with a cross-asset perspective and a broad understanding of different markets and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CFA ESG designation is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg, Eikon, Datastream, or FactSet.
