Senior Investment Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the investment management philosophy for Financial Advisor teams through the development of portfolio strategies.
• Act as a team CIO, leading investment committees and partnering with internal specialists to deliver holistic investment solutions.
• Communicate CIO research to clients in a concise and compelling manner.
• Ensure client risk profiles, goals, objectives, and asset allocations are accurately aligned and reflected.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of client performance review reports to measure progress toward financial goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all client investment-related inquiries.
• Attend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations and track all activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience performing specialist-level responsibilities or equivalent industry experience.
• Series 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses.
• CFP® or CPWA® designation (or ability to obtain/maintain a firm-approved designation).
• SAFE Act Registration and ADV-2B requirement.
• Strong analytical and portfolio management skills with a focus on risk mitigation and growth.
• Superior relationship management and communication skills.
