Senior Investment Broker

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a business using an entrepreneurial approach within the Northmarq platform
• Act as both a producer and a manager for a team of 2-3 brokers
• Lead the team toward bottom-line success and manage team growth
• Utilize corporate marketing tools, research staff, and industry-specific technology to drive sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 4+ years of investment sales experience with a proven deal track record
• Current valid real estate license in the state of work (or ability to obtain one within 90 days)
• Proven ability to generate new business and build repeat client relationships
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
