Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a business using an entrepreneurial approach
• Utilize shared databases, corporate marketing tools, and specialized research staff
• Act as a producer and manager for a team of 2-3 brokers
• Lead the team toward bottom-line success
• Source and screen qualified candidates to build your team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 4+ years of investment sales experience with a proven deal track record
• Current valid real estate license or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage a team
• Proven ability to generate new business and build repeat client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
