Senior Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Managers in all aspects of portfolio management and client servicing for high-net-worth clients
• Prepare and proof client presentation materials, meeting deliverables, and investment reports
• Conduct investment research and assist in developing portfolio recommendations
• Track trade activity from entry through execution and settlement
• Run reports and analyze data using internal investment and portfolio management systems
• Manage client account documentation, cash transfers, fund trades, and securities movements
• Identify and mitigate operational and client service risks while maintaining compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services
• Deep understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and wealth management services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with investment/portfolio management systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Progress toward or interest in obtaining CFA or CFP certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
