Senior Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate properties using historical financials, borrower models, and market standards
• Prepare loan request packages including narrative analysis, valuation, and rent roll analysis
• Coordinate pre-closing activities, including lender outreach and quote matrix creation
• Manage closing coordination, due diligence collection, and third-party report reviews
• Conduct market research and lead generation using internal and third-party tools
• Provide high-quality client service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of financial analysis or underwriting experience in Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets
• Proficiency in agency CRE (Fannie/Freddie) underwriting preferred
• Four-year college degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business preferred
• Strong understanding of cash flow analysis (NOI, DSC, ROC, IRR)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce, ARGUS, and InDesign software
